LOOK !! I'm sharing a new blogger friend with you!

I got up this morning to read
my e-mail and found this lovely blog
amoung my good morning greetings!
I immediately went over to visit and
met Paula Laurens, author of Tattered Gold!

I knew I must share this amazing find with you!
But... how to put what I felt into words?
I will try...
but you will have to visit her
to see what I am trying to describe!

Paula's blog is her journal,
a spectacular vision inside the unfailing
heartbeat of her desires and struggles
to live with the determination  to follow
her aspirations and fully achieve
the life she wants to live!

Her journal is a wonderful work of art!
Her soft, flowing words are interweaved
 around beautifully written poetry
   displayed in delicate vintage frames.

As you move down the pathway of her prose,
it's as if you have begun a journey of souls.
Her strength and courage is a reflection of
what you know is true for your own convictions.

Once you've read the first post,
you feel a a sisterly bond that is
beyond what her words can say!
Such beauty should be shared
for others to experience the
quiet peace and tranquility
of one woman's endeavers
 to cultivate her dreams and
live out her artistic passions!

Such Extradinary Work!

I was simply captivated!

This special blog will make a
positive impression on your life!
I know it did mine!

P.S.
Important!!
May I ask respectively, please,
do not copy  any of the
Art Work  by Paula Laurens.
Her work is privately owned
with a copyright!

Sharing More Of My Friends!

More Friends!!!

February
is the month to share our love and warm thoughts
by sending out our heartfelt gestures
to loved ones and dear friends!

I thought this would be the perfect time to share
some of my sweet friends with you
and also send out a

Valentine's Day

"Sweet Greeting"

to each one!

***I would have liked to have posted a single entry
for each one of these special friends
but I ran out of time due to a terrible case of laryngitis!
I  have them listed below and would ask that when
you have time, please, go visit these wonderful women
and see how talented they really are.

Their beautiful posts , free vintage images,
challenges, and art work will amaze you,
but, their lives will inspire you even more!

I would never have believed when I first
started blogging, six months ago,
that I would meet such
wonderful people to correspond with!
Isn't it amazing, this era we live in!?!

Our technology can take us across continents
and span the world in seconds,
linking all of us together with just one click!

ALLEGIANCE

I have never met these talented women,
but they are very dear to me!
They inspire me,
challenge me,
touch my heart,
make me smile,
make me laugh,
make me cry,
and make me sigh...

They are beautiful!
Their words are spiritual,
compassionate, bold, and strong!
And what they create with their
hands and their hearts...,
there are no words big
enough to describe the
height and depth of the
beauty within each image,
in each soul! !

Dear Friends,

I want to thank you today for your
sweet comments, encouraging words,
and kind thoughts!
Your friendship has been such a gift to me!!
You'll never know, just how much, your presence
in my life has meant to me! You are a blessing!

May God Bless you in all of your days!
Happy Valentine's Day!

Kymberly

Now I present to you...
please, when you read your name,
stand up and take a bow,
clap your hands,
give yourself a pat on the back,
place a huge smile on your face...
because you deserve the praise!!!!

Time to Share Another Friend!

I thought I would
share another friend
with you today
and send her a
Valentine's Day
"Sweet Greeting"
to let her know how
special she is  to me!

Please refer to the post on
Saturday, February 6th,
where I left a poem
for you to Read!

Hello, Diane!

I haven't known Diane very long but
what thing I am  sure of ...
 she is  friendly,  kind, and
a very gracious, giving person.
We found out that we had
something very important in common!
Both of us  are committed to preserving and
archiving the vintage heritage and history
 of our ancestors lives.

We both feel that it is so
  important for the future generations
to learn and understand the history of
our forefathers and how they  forged
bravely ahead to lay the foundation of
what our lives are built on today!

What they left behind is a witness to how they lived,
built their homes, cared for their families!
The antiques and images we so
dearly love to collect today,
 was once someone else's
precious "treasure"!

See, how  wonderful the Internet is!
We  find people and they find us and
soon we discover just how much we
really have in common!
And  if we never meet face to face,
we will aways have this bond!

So  Diane decided to start sharing her
"trinkets and treasures" with us!
I am so excited ...I just can't
wait to see what she'll want us to see first!
I will certaily keep you updated for this special event!

Also, I must brag a little bit on her because she
makes the cutest card I've ever seen!
I just have to show you some of her creative work:

My Favorite!  I love this card!

Isn't this just the cutest ?  So Sweet!!

She is so crafty!
 Isn't this gorgeous!
Just a simple kleenex box  turned into
 something so elegant!

Drop in to visit her, she will not mind...
you can make yourself comfortable, kick back,
and enjoy looking at all of her wonderful cards!
Also, while you are there, don't forget to check out
the wide array of craft resources that
she has posted for anything and everything
you could think of to create!

Thank you, Diane ,
for all of your kind words and deeds.
You have been an inspiration to me and
and I am very thankful that our paths have crossed!
Good luck in everything you endeaver!
God Bless YOU!

But that is not the only thing
 about Marilyn that inspires me!
You see, she lives in constant pain and
 inspite of her health problems,
she blogs everyday and stays
very busy  making her lovely dolls!
She allows nothing to get in the way of her creativity!
Today I learned that she had surgery to remove the
2 slipped discs in her neck and so
I am sending out a request for everyone
to pray for this wonderful lady  to have
a speedy recovery from her surgery!
She has such a positive attitude that is so contagious!
I bet it won't belong before she is up again
and busy making those precious dolls!
Here are some pictures of her pretties!

In my last post, I told you a little about Susie Jefferson,
who designs special  blog packages for anyone who
would like something a bit different from the crowd!!
